With the morality and political correctness war going on, I wonder how much longer it will be before Christmas becomes socially insulting? I mean is it really all about Jesus or Religion or is it a main artery for capital gain?

I’ve herad that the idea of Jesus came from Eastern religions, or mythology. I am wondering which religions, and where this information is coming from. I am interested to read about it and see what they are talking about.

Lakely Jesus didn’t preach “Christ died our sins,” nor did he say “I died for your sins,” but he did say: “I will have mercy, and not sacrifice.” (He was quoting Hosea 6:6, which appears to be a condemnation of the idea of sacrifice for sins)
So if Jesus came back and just repeated what he said the last time, would the established religion get just as mad at him as they did 2000 years ago?

I heard Michael Vick’s appology on the news,and knew word for word what he would say before he said it,i’ve heard it before from past criminals,it seems that lawyers are very good at telling their clients what to say to the media,so in other words if they never get caught,they’ll never feel an appology is needed

im 14 years old an i dont believe in Jesus, and people have been asking me if i go to church or if i own a bible and im not sure what to say to them when they ask me what my religion is. Im so confused.

Crystal (PSM) I often hear people say that the Jews killed Jesus. The Jews and even other people deny it and say that the Romans killed Jesus. What religion were the Romans?
PS: I am more or less an atheist, but I am curious.
I double up as a Christian sometimes, but I am an atheist most of the time. I am not reading any books or anything.
