Jesus didn’t preach “Christ died our sins,” nor did he say “I died for your sins,” but he did say: “I will have mercy, and not sacrifice.” (He was quoting Hosea 6:6, which appears to be a condemnation of the idea of sacrifice for sins)

So if Jesus came back and just repeated what he said the last time, would the established religion get just as mad at him as they did 2000 years ago?

I heard Michael Vick’s appology on the news,and knew word for word what he would say before he said it,i’ve heard it before from past criminals,it seems that lawyers are very good at telling their clients what to say to the media,so in other words if they never get caught,they’ll never feel an appology is needed

I often hear people say that the Jews killed Jesus. The Jews and even other people deny it and say that the Romans killed Jesus. What religion were the Romans?
