Why are there missing pieces from the story the most important figure in the christian religion- Jesus Christ?

I seriously know that yahoo answers has to be at least 80% christian- because whenever I ask a question about christianity I get bombarded by scripture. Ok, tell me is this doesnt make sense first, in a debate, until we bot agree that the Bible is fact, it cannot be used in an arguement. With that said- and I am not being confrontational, I want serious logical answers, there has to be one that doesnt involve a scripture quote. Why does the Bible leave out Jesus’s life from birth to age twelve and from age twelve to about 33. If jesus was the son of God wouldn’t t have been, i dunno a little relevant. Why is it a secret???

But Jesus taught: “You will know them by their fruits.”
So what do you think? Doesn’t this mean that scientific verification of the benefits of religion would be helpful and even a requirement, so that a person could have some confidence that the fruits are good?
More context on my biography concerning the difference between popular theology and what Jesus was actually preaching.

There are two Orthodox religions (Orthodox and Catholic) and thousands of protestant churches, if Jesus Christ returned today what his opinion be? LDS you are excluded from comment since you follow a cult not a religion, flat fact the vast majority of Christian theology concurs.
Jesus gave the keys to the kingdom to St.Peter and clearly indicated he wanted him to perpetuate his teachings and to prevent dissension among Christians.
One final statement, I am curious about your theological reasons for belonging to your Christian denomiation and if it would be an advantage to not argue about bible interpretation……a universal church.
