Why do people call him a Muslim, and think that the word is an insult? What’s wrong with being Muslim? He’s not, but if he were – is that a problem? Not everyone that believes in the Muslim religion is bad. There are extremist in every religion. What’s the issue?

I have heard Obama say that “a christian is someone who believes that Jesus Christ is their Saviour” however the bible tells us that the antichrist will not and could not confess the name of Jesus as their Saviour. Revelations tells Alot about whats happening. Anyone have an opionion on this?

I remember reading popular-vote breakdowns in a high-school text, and was surprised to see Jesus had taken somewhere between 1 and 5% of the popular vote in a presidential election. Which Presidential race was this, and where can I find evidence? This was write-in votes, I’m assuming.

For my opinion, I am kind of biased on this subject. As European decendant, I think state and religon or government should be an entirely seperate entity.
If the person who is running for that office posses integrity, honesty and diplomacy, I do not think that religion should be counted into.
On the other hand, America was built on the faith of religion of our many ancestors. It’s this very phatom that keeps America going on for generations to come.
What is your opinion on this matter?

As a Utahn and not a believer of the LDS church, so studied thourghly their believes, I come to the conclusion that we are really not aware that they are really true Christian folks. whether or not Mitt Romney has a faith based religious agenda to bring to the political catar pult needs to be seen. However, after listening to last weekends general conference, I have a little bit more understanding what the Mormon faith is all about. I think we ought not to judge others for whom they believe in. Rather judge them for their actions and contribution to a more common good!
