I’m not too savvy about the Greeks philosophy of life, but wasn’t it considered a genuine religion at the time? When did it become mythical? And how is it contrary to today’s religions?

how come most religions of the world, even Catholics, try to have some female Deity aspect to religion?

Most religions of the world have, especially pagan, have the whole mother earth thing as part, a big part at that, or their religion.
And the Catholic Church also has that same aspect with Mary, and sort of deity if you will.
So why can’t most of the world not have a female aspect to their religion as the Muslims and Protestants do?

What was the very first religion that was practice in history?

I would think that it would make sense to follow the first religion. But instead we have Muslims, Catholics, Buddhist, and thousands more other religions. If their was 1 religion that is true wouldn’t it be the first religion instead of what came after.
I do not know the first religion but If it is not centered around the father, son, and holy spirit then that would make me have even more doubts to the christian beliefs.

A while ago I read about an organization that preached against having children. It argued for the good of the Earth, that the human race should cease to exist. It might have been based on christianity, how just the existence of humans causes harm to the natural environment and all of God’s creations. Indeed it is true, the other species and the natural environment would be better off without humans.
Does anyone know the name of this religion?

I understand that this has caused hatred, deaths, war amongst people for centurys. Also, I heard that religion is man-made and is never mentioned in the bible. So why do so many people have a religion?

How is it possible for everyone in the whole world to know exactly what one religion is,and have the resources to believe in it? Because they do not know does that mean they should rot in hell? There is bound to be one person who is not to know a clue about some one else’s religion. My belief is all religions are the same as long as you believe in something and stand for it, it will be there for you. Does anyone have a similar belief like mine?
