And the Mormon Religion would effect our Constitutional Rights due to the nature of their faith. Especially considering that our Constitution disallows the government to form a religion for the country. We have one candidate that is dangerously tredding those waters because of his faith, and that is Romney. Though he will not say it, but he will have a Mormon driven administration, because of his faith and that is unconstitutional. The Mormon Church is a controlling cult, and this is a dangerous man to put in charge of our country. When a faith or religion might effect our Constitutional rights. The government needs to leave the Church alone & the Church must not dictate laws. Societal morals have been the basis for most of our laws and are not a violation of the so-called separation. Knowledge of a candidate's religion is valid for our assessment of and support for or against him (or her); to deny or suppress knowledge of their beliefs would be dangerously unconstitutional and a disservice. What is important is that as part of that belief system, do they also believe in upholding the laws of the land and the Constitution or does their pomposity lead them to believe they are above 200 years of history, know better than all of humanity and need to turn a freedom loving, capitalist society into a godless socialist society.
