Like, this is more common in the Islam. When you change your religion to another. It is the punishement that the person should be decapitate or killed. I am looking for that word. Thanks.

   Apostasy is the term for changing one’s religion or, phrased differently, abandoning one’s religious principles. As you pointed out, it is considered especially deplorable in Islam (and in other faiths to at least some extent). As for the punishment of apostasy, I am unaware of there being a specific term for the punishment itself.

   So, the act of changing religions is “apostasy” …

   The punishment is “beheading” …

   I am not familiar with the Islamic faith but I don’t know of any Christian faith’s that teach that you will be decapitated, killed or eternally punished if you were to change religions.
   In my faith we urge people who are seeking the truth to find out for themselves. What good is it to belong to a religion that you don’t believe in?

   Are you asking this question because you are considering leaving your religion and are afraid to do so?

   Don’t believe anyone who tell’s you that you’ll be punished, damned or go to hell if you seek for the truth. They are only
   trying to keep you from using your God given right to free agency and the right to think for yourself.

   Once you have found the religion that you truly believe in, you need to have the courage to join it, and then live it’s teachings. By being a part of a religion that you do not believe in you will never be true to yourself or completely happy and contented.

   Once a person is converted in Christianity, it is called a conversion. Such as Paul when he was converted.

   In my religion, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, we have the following two scriptures from the Book of Mormon that state:

   Moroni 10:4-5
   4 And when ye shall receive these things, I would exhort you that ye would ask God, the Eternal Father, in the name of Christ, if these things are not true; and if ye shall ask with a sincere heart, with real intent, having faith in Christ, he will manifest the truth of it unto you, by the power of the Holy Ghost.
   5 And by the power of the Holy Ghost ye may know the truth of all things.

   Even if you do not believe in the Book of Mormon, or in Jesus Christ I think the advice given above holds true, if you pray to God with real intent, having faith, and you are sincere you will receive an answer to your prayers. Good luck in your quest for truth.
