I heard Michael Vick’s appology on the news, and knew word for word what he would say before he said it,i’ve heard it before from past criminals,it seems that lawyers are very good at telling their clients what to say to the media,so in other words if they never get caught, they’ll never feel an appology is needed

It’s an easy way to look “clean” and “reformed”…

They hope it’ll help get them a lighter sentence or early parole.

Its probably what their publicist or their agent makes them say so they get on the good side of the public again. Otherwise no one will want to watch him play anymore and he wont be able to be on commercials and such.
The same thing happened when Paris Hilton when to jail. I knew exactly what she was gonna say when she got it. Its just a ploy to get the public to like them again.

In my opinion the lawyers advise their clients to apologize to look for sympathy and a lesser sentence. Once I see the facts your apology holds no weight. In Vicks case his imagine career are gone so his reputation is tarnished no need to look anymore stupid with an apology. Most criminals aren’t remorseful or they would have thought before they crossed that line. Do the crime pay the time and shut the fu*k up no need for an apology! If they were truly religious they would be uplifting members to society.

THAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN RELIGION AND CHRISTIANITY: “Now we know that God does not hear sinners; but if anyone is a worshiper of God and does His will, He hears him” AND ALL CRIMINALS DON’T TURN TO CHRIST.

It’s like a little kid saying, “Mommy, I’ve learned my lesson. I won’t do it any more.” Most good mommies make it clear that trust must be earned and that once it’s lost, just saying you’re sorry doesn’t make it all better. Most thinking people don’t trust celebrity these apologies until the offender does something to prove he’s changed and will not “do it again.” Michael Vick is going to have to serve his time in jail, and then turn in a few other dog fighting organizations and aid in their prosecution before I forgive him.

He needs to apologize to those dogs he tortured and killed,
-Not to me.

I agree with you! But to find out really WHY a person actually “finds” Jesus is only a question to be answered by a law breaker/criminal.

I notice that often, just like Noriega, he found Jesus in jail, seems like Jesus is alwasys in some bad places..
