jesus
Y asked:

Dear God:
I know that I’m a sinner. I deserve Hell. But You sent Jesus to die for my sins. I believe that He died and rose again. I ask you now to forgive my sins, once an for all. I now receive Jesus Christ as my Lord and Personal Saviour. Please come into my heart and save me, Help me to know I am saved and live for You, the rest of my life. In Jesus’ Name I pray, Amen.

I commend you for being nice about trying to convert instead of nasty about it as some have done on this site.

That is great and everything…but God did not put us on the Earth to simply “live for him.”

There has to be more than that..that is why we have large brains and opposable thumbs.

Its lovely that you are so content with your religion, but we will never have peace on Earth until all humans are religiously tolerant. That means to stop trying to convert and accept all people and their beliefs as welcome. Do not assume any are above or below you and only worry about your OWN salvation. This is the road to peace. Blessed Be.

    no and never.

    religion is mythology.

shall we pray to some more fictitious characters….

    Dear Doc Strange,
I know that I don’t have super powers but would you grant me a device to allow me to surpass my human abilities and strengths providing me with superhuman powers so I may put all evil doers in jail once and for all. Help me to overcome the powers of evil and let all good doers unite ina league of justice forever. In Stan Lee’s name i pray , Amen.

Santa is returning soon, are you prepared?!

Y — Are you a Christian? I sincerely doubt it. I strongly suspect that you, like all who profess to be Christians, merely practice their chosen religion, and ignore true Christian practices. Since by now, I suspect you’re protesting my premise loudly and angrily, I’ll explain what I’m talking about. A true Christian actively does those things every waking moment of his or her life that Jesus did. Love thy neighbor, bless those who spitefully use you, give all your earthly posessions to the poor. Heal the sick. Comfort the dying. Feed the poor.

Have you ever given the shoes off your feet to someone who needed shoes? Have you ever given your last dollar to someone who was hungry? Have you ever taken a sick person, who could not afford it, to your doctor and paid for the visit out of your own pocket? Do you spend all of your time helping those less fortunate that you? Have you forsaken your earthly ways and posessions and dedicated your entire being to following and practice the teachings of Jesus, for that is the true meaning of being a Christian.

Without actively practicing those things Jesus taught and did on a daily basis, all of the pious prayers, churches, crystal cathedrals, silken robes, and religious paraphenalia is nothing but pretentious, usless, window dressing.

In the entire history of the world since Jesus gave his life on the cross for us, I can think of only three people who have devoted their entire lives as true Christians: Jesus himself, St. Francis of Assisi, and Mother Teresa.

Thank you for pasting this on the website and God bless you for doing this.
Everyone deserves a chance to give their lives over to the Lord and into his service.

    prophet
