    The Catholic Church told me the Eucharist is his body. Literally.
    I believe it is symbolic of Jesus and represents the last supper and is a reminder in one’s faith in him and an acknowledgment of the belief that he died for us.

    Jesus instituted the eucharist and doing it is to obey His will. Also, it serves to unify the whole church, the body of Christ in the act of doing it every Sunday morning. It is like a prayer in action.

    The Messiah told His followers to remember Him during the Scriptural annual Passover Feast.

    The relationship of the eucharist is of the Catholic and Protestant churches having absolutely nothing in common with the Passover God instructed.

    Luke 22:15 And He said to them, “I have earnestly desired to eat this Passover with you before I suffer;

    Mat 26:17 Now on the first day of Unleavened Bread the disciples came to Jesus, saying, “Where do You want us to prepare for You to eat the Passover?”
    Mat 26:18 And He said, “Go into the city to a certain man, and say to him, ‘The Teacher says, “My time is at hand; I am to keep the Passover at your house with My disciples.”‘”
    Mat 26:19 And the disciples did as Jesus had directed them; and they prepared the Passover.

    Lev 23:4 These are the feasts of the LORD, even holy convocations, which ye shall proclaim in their seasons.
    Lev 23:5 In the fourteenth day of the first month at even is the Lord’s passover.

    The “Lord’s passover” having been deceptively renamed and revamped by the Catholics and Christians as the “Lord’s supper”.
