How does Jesus defeat your sins that you are doing?

That is very far-fetched. The Holy Spirit is the means by which we overcome sin. Jesus does not use sin against itself. That’s an oxymoron.

Adam created sin. Sin sends us to hell. Jesus came to take all sins away. Period.

Number One. What is sin? If a god created “everything”, then it is only reasonable to believe that god also created “sin”.
Number Two. If a god came to earth to free mankind of “sin”, then it is only logical that there would now be no more “sin”.
Number Three. Jesus was only one of many ancient prophets who cannibalized buddhism and hinduism then spoonfed it to the “backward” people who inhabited the middle east. The idea of the resurrection is only reincarnation with a twist. It probably sounded good to the people who had their lands occupied by a foreign invader, and whose system of government was basically a theocracy of pharisees, scribes and priests.

He(Jesus) defeated sin by living a perfect sinless life , and being incarnated of the Holy Spirit ,…was not born into sin as we were. Therefore He took our sin and bore it on the cross so we wouldn’t have to.Believe this and receive it and receive life everlasting through the blood of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior!

Jesus did not defeat the sins we are doing. The fine for violation God’s law (sin) is death. Jesus paid our fine when He died on the cross, and to have this payment applied to our case, we must repent and put our faith in Jesus as our only Savior.
As a Christian, we do not stop sinning, because our bodies, our flesh, has not been saved (yet) but our soul has. So, sinning still occurs but now it is something we try to avoid. Not like the world that chases after sin, we find that the things we used to like we now ****. What we used to do we now want to not do, because doing or saying these things grieve the Holy Spirit that is in us now.
Sin is never, ever, a blessing. We give thanks to God for delivering us from His wrath to come for those that die in their sin, and run to Jesus because He is such a great God to have done such a thing for us even when we didn’t deserve it.

Christ taught, in all his teachings, that righteousness is the solution for sin. Repentance and the true righteousness of God is what will bring us to reconciliation, not sin.

Hello sister, you are asking an interesting philosophical question. I don’t know that I have been grateful for my sin. However, you are correct, without that sin, I’m not sure that I would have come closer to God.
It was in my brokenness that I found life in Christ. So in that sense, I’m grateful that God touched me in my sin and raised me to new life.

All sins committed after Baptism have to be forgiven through the Sacrament of Penance which was instituted by Christ. There is no other way.
