I’m concerned about how you can feel close to anything you don’t know much about. What hasn’t Hinduism done for you with your millions of gods that Christianity can with its one god? This sounds bogus.

Many people from India have turned to Jesus and become Christian.

I don’t see why your circmstances of ‘birth’ should prevent this.

It seems to me that you are just trying to run away from something..

If you really want to be a Christian, you need to have a deep understanding of Christianity and research more and find out more about it.. Conversion isn’t a joke..

Hopefully you’ll pick the right path

It’s very difficult not to give an abusive answer to this. You can’t believe in an elephant god and Jesus at the same time. I suggest you take you head out of your rear and believe in neither.

Just start praying to Jesus. He will answer your prayers and show you the way.

You accept him as your Lord and personal Savior. Turn your life over to him.

    Read this:

It has a beautiful prayer too. I am happy for you. :) You are so close to being saved. Talk to a genuine Christian, please.

You can accept Him right now. :) Talk to a Christian, first. Go to your local church.

Not only is Jesus the ‘One Way’, He is always present. What that means is, you don’t have to go looking for Him, He’s always right there with you.
All you have to do is accept it.
I can give you an example, but when it comes to meeting Jesus half way, it’s your own words. It goes something like this:
Dear God, I’ve decided that I believe Jesus died for my sins. I’ve decided that I know, I am a sinner. Please forgive me of my sins and come into my heart and be my Lord. I give my life to you. Thank you. amen

It doesn’t have to be perfect or even sound all that great. What matters is what’s in your heart. It’s a relationship. Knock and He will answer and He will come in and sup with you and you will sup with Him. It’s pretty much, a love affair. :)

I think you need a spiritual leader, if you can not go to the church try to find someone through the internet that you can contact easily and speak freely with.

And until you find that person I am sure God Himself can be your spiritual leader !! I have been there before and faced time when I could not find any spiritual leaders around and then I spoke to God and asked Him to be my teacher and He did, through His bible He taught me Himself and I really enjoyed His presence and still enjoying of being a disciple of God Himself.

I think it is not easy at all to change your religion and you need some strength from a mighty God you also need to be well prepared before you announce it specially to your family but I believe that you already stepped on the first step on the right way.

    God bless you.

The rules are the same for everyone, regardless of circumstance.

First of all, you are welcome to hear Christianity’s Truth, and you make your own mind up as to its value to you. If you decide that this truth simply cannot be denied, then you move forward.

The first thing to do is to listen to someone tell you about the Freedom that is granted to you by God. Understand that human beings, being creatures of flesh (like the animals) have fleshly desires (like the animals). Our goal is to rise above these desires.

Upon hearing the truth of God’s Grace, or his plan of salvation where we can be completely forgiven of our past sins, the next thing is to believe.

Belief leads us to repent of our sins. You have to at least feel sorry that you have offended God. Repent means to turn away from the sinful parts of live. You have to at least want to lead a better life.

Repentance leads to confessing, out loud, that Jesus truly is the Son of God.

Your confession leads you to baptism, in water. Just like in the old days, baptism means fully body immersion in a body of water. Most modern Christian churches have a clean, sanitized pool of water inside the building just for baptism, but some old-fashioned churches still perform baptism in other bodies of water.

This final act of obedience marks the beginning of your Christian life.

There will be challenges, of course. Your old life will call to you, and some of your old friends of family members may be angry or irritated at your choice. If you are steadfast, however, you will experience the great comfort of Jesus, and find that honest, sincere prayers do get answered.

Sometimes the answer is “No”, however.

I became a Christian at age 44, and my life has changed quite a bit. I still have the same job, and live in the same house, but my life itself has changed. I am happier. I actually can tell you that I have joy. I am an active participant in my church, and am respected. I have found may new ways to share my talents with my fellow Christians, and to use these talents in spreading the Good News of Christ.

I do hope you begin your journey, and stick with it, despite the troubles that seem to be haunting you.

I don’t know why you say you can’t change your religion. I imagine that if you are still a minor, you are still subject to your parents’ rule. OK, I see that, and do not encourage you to cause a ruckus in your house, but at 18 in the United States, you are a free citizen, and you can make up your own mind.

This may cause a hardship, and you may have to move out of your parents’ house, but then, we all do that at some point.

Same thing about going to church regularly. Again, if you are a minor, you must do as your parents wish (unless it is illegal). Once you are an adult, however, you can choose differently, and live with the consequences (and benefits).

    Hello!

I’m am so sorry that some people have spoken with abusive words to you on this site.

How wonderful that God is calling you to Christ! You are so blessed!

Here is a web page that is easy to read. (There is also a video that you can watch): Jesus2020: 4 Steps to God

Here are the steps to peace with God:

God loves you and wants you to know Him and live with Him forever.
The Bible says…”Yes, God loved the world so much that he gave his only Son Jesus, so that everyone who believes in him would not
be lost but have eternal life.” John 3:16

Your sins get in the way. The bad things you do are sins.
The Bible says…”It is your sins that separate you from your God.
The Lord turns away from you when he sees them.” Isaiah 59:2

Jesus gets rid of sin. Jesus Christ saves us from sin and brings us back to God. He died on the cross and rose again to get rid of our
    sins.
The Bible says…”Christ died for us while we were still sinners, and
in that way God showed how much he loves us.” Romans 5:8

We accept Jesus when we believe what He said and trust Him to save us.
The Bible says…”Everyone who believes in Jesus will have their sins forgiven through His name.” Acts10:43

“Jesus answered, I am the way, the truth, and the life. The only way
to the Father (God) is through me.” John 14:6

How to accept Jesus into your heart:
    1. Tell Him you need Him.
    2. Be sorry for your sin.
    3. Believe that Jesus died for you and rose again.

    How to Pray:
Dear Jesus, I know that I sin, and I am sorry. Please forgive me. I believe You died on the cross and rose again to pay for my sins. Thank You for putting me back together with God again. Amen.

The Bible is God’s gift to you. God wrote it and He has some
wonderful things to tell you. The Bible says…”Everyone who trusts
in the Lord God will be saved. Nothing will ever be able to separate
us from the love God has shown us in Jesus Christ.
    Romans 10:13, Romans 8:39

When you pray the above prayer with your heart and trust and accept Jesus, you are born into God’s family. This is called being “born again.”

God bless you as you begin your brand new life in Christ!

Go to church when you can. Ask God to give you a Christian friend who can help you. You can read the Bible online. Try to find a Bible that is easy for you to read. You could try the NIV or NLT translations. Pray to God to help you and He will give you what you need! He loves you!

I will keep you in my prayers.

Welcome to God’s love and to His family!

Get answers to the below questions and even more answered on the site mentioned below

    The questions usually asked are:-

    1) Did Jesus really exist?
    2) Is Jesus God?
    3) If Jesus is God, then why did He keep praying to the Father in Heaven? How can the Father and Jesus be one God.?
    4) What is the Holy Spirit?

Churches are usually kept open on Sundays. You can freely enter any church and pray to Jesus or even remember Him in your mind while praying.

you can still be Hindu and believe in and pray to Jesus as spiritual master or guru if you are not in the position to choose one or the other. the temple priest at my hindu temple gave a lecture about this a few months ago. if people actually thought this way, it would help members of all religions to be more peaceful and compatible with each other, not to mention learn a little bit more about other religions.
